You should put 2 points at int and 1 at vit.When you make 90 points at int and vit than put on dex and finaly str.

Items:

Weapon-At lvl 1-30 you should have a weapon for your level and upgrade it until +5/6.
Lvl 30-65 you should have a fms with a lot of skill damage and it should be +9.
Lvl 65 you should get a ghost fang blade.This weapon have a lot of atack magic value and this is neccesary for sura.You can use this sword a lot of time.Or from level 80 you can try to get a epic weapon(that's for private servers or us)
Armour-You should have a armour for your level.At level 66 you should get fast a armour for that level cause this have magic resistence.
Shield-This should be for your level and to be upgraded until +7/9.If you have a lot of yang and want to be very good then you should buy this shields:Falcon shield,Lion edge shield and Tiger shield , made them +9 and use like this(Falcon vs wariors,Lion edge shield vs sura and Tiger vs ninja)If you want vs shamans to than buy a dragon scale shield.
Helmet-Try to get a helmet for your level and upgrade it until +7/9.
Shoes-Pheonix show/Fire bird shoes and upgrade it how mouch you can.
Earings-Heaven's tear earings +7/9.
Bracelet-White gold bracelet/Silver bracelet +7/9
Necklace-Heaven's tear necklace/Amethyst necklace +7/9
